Fees: After hour/ off day / holiday fee $40 *** Late fees of $15 do apply after 10 mins and a cancellation after 30 mins. If you are running behind please be so kind to let me know If you want curly hair added to any style that doesn’t already come with the curly hair it’s an additional $15 ***All bookings must have a nonrefundable and non transferable deposit of $10 to secure your spot through cash app or PayPal , applepay or Zelle *** Deposits are not shared with any other dates or people, only goes towards that date and time and person who first booked. If you need to reschedule, another deposit is put down for rescheduled date. Deposits may ONLY be transferred to another date if booked and moved within 48 hours of booking the appt.After 48hours deposits may not be transferred to any other dates. (If you forget your card I will punch it when you return, but please refrain from losing it or forgetting it at home). - punch cards are not shared with anyone . (Example mother & daughter ) - must only be punched by myself . **Hair is not included with any of the styles unless I'm giving a sale that includes it. Please review the style you selected and click the explimation mark on the right side of the picture for all hair details that you will need to know. All styles are final after leaving chair. All repairs have a cost depending on how much needs repairing. I am currently not washing so please come washed and dry before your appointment. IMPORTANT additional information: If there is a duo appt (ex. mom and daughter and you are swapping a appt out for another appt & giving it to someone else the deposit will be forfeited) and may not go towards the person you are swapping the appt with. A new deposit is to be put down for your new appt and for the person you are swapping. if I cancel due to an emergency I will send the deposit back automatically. Please allow me to respond to all text and emails within 48 hours. NO Fresh relaxer 1 month before appointment , please note that if you come to your appointment with a fresh relaxer, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.( note: when your hair is really straight it’s harder to grab ) Check in first : If your have any hair loss or your edges are very damaged , you have to consult with me via email or text before booking so i can make sure that you can get the style or size of personal preference. What to do before the appt: Please arrive to your appt properly washed and detangled and properly blown out from the root to the end for a better outcome but not bone straight ! Please do not flat iron your hair before coming to your appointment. Don't use any oil in your hair the day of your appointment . Please Don't get your hair TRIMMED before your appointment this makes it a little harder to tuck with blunt ends. If you are already trimmed before booking please email me so that I am aware and we can try to work something out . If you hair is not clean, I will refuse to service you , your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. For touch ups please take down, wash and blow dry before coming to your appt. Please no additional guest to any appointments unless it’s approved by myself. Cancellation Policy
I do require a 10 dollar non refundable deposit for styles though cash app or paypal. The $10 does go towards the style. There is also a late fee after 10 mins of $15 & appointments are canceled after 30 mins. Deposits only go toward that day you book your original date for. If want to change the date and or time an additional deposit is required.deposits can not be used for another date. Please no additional guest unless being serviced.
